Passed away peacefully at The Princess Royal Hospital on Saturday, January 9, 2016, aged 70 years.

Beloved Husband of Julia, much loved Dad of Becky and David, and a very special Grandad.

He will be sadly missed by all his Family and Friends.

Funeral Service to take place at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury on Monday, January 25, at 2.45pm.

Family flowers only by request but donations if so desired to Ward 6 at The Princes Royal Hospital would be very much appreciated, for which purpose a donations box will be provided at the Crematorium.
