Passed away peacefully on January 11, 2016, at the Severn Hospice, Telford.

A dearly loved Husband, Dad, Grandad and Great-Grandad.

The Family would like to thank all the Staff at the Severn Hospice and all Family and Friends for their kindness and support.

Funeral to be held at Telford Crematorium on Friday, January 22, at 4pm.

Donations preferred for the Severn Hospice, Telford but flowers welcome if desired.
