Passed away peacefully on December 21, 2015, aged 50 years.

Loving Husband of Fiona and dearly loved Dad of Rhys and Nerys.

Precious Son of the late Bill and Beryl Jones of Craigllwyn Farm, Llansilin.

Beloved Brother of Tony, Gill, Mark, Stephen and Sarah his Twin Sister and also the late Richard and Gary.

Painfully missed but forever in our hearts.

Funeral Service at St Silin's Parish Church, Llansilin, on Friday, January 8, at 2.30pm, followed by Interment in the Churchyard.Family flowers only, donations if desired to The Royal Agricultural Benevolent Institution and the Friends of Llansilin Church.
