Mrs Brenda Lewis, Wendy and David, Robyn and Derek and the Family of the late Mr Frank Lewis wish to express their sincere thanks to all Relatives, Friends, Neighbours and former Colleagues for the cards, letters, emails and other kind messages of sympathy, love and prayers received at this very sad and most difficult time, for the attendance of so many of you at the Funeral Service and for your donations to the Severn Hospice (Hospice at Home).

Your wonderful support has been greatly appreciated by us all.

We extend our special thanks to his Doctors, especially Dr Aaron Tindall, to the Staff at Bridgnorth Medical Practice, to the terrific Staff at The Hospice at Home and to all theoutside Nursing Agencies for your care of and kindness to Frank throughout his illness, for supporting us in nursing him at home until the very end, which was just so important to all of us and for the dignity afforded to him in his final hours.

We sincerely thank you.

Our thanks also to the Revd. Terry Mason for leading us in a most uplifting Celebration of the life and times of Frank Lewis.
