Of Minsterley, passed away peacefully at Stoke Hospital, in the presence of his loving Family on December 20, 2015, aged 61 years.

Beloved Husband of Jean, much loved Father of Lee, Brother to Pam, Brother-in-law to John, Mandy and Dave, Uncle to Gary, Jane and Lois.

He will be sadly missed.

Funeral Service at Shrewsbury Crematorium, on Tuesday, January 12, 2016, at 1.15pm.

Family flowers only but donations if wished for the UHNM Charity (The RoyalStoke University Hospital).
