On December 11, 2015, peacefully at his home, in the presence of his Family, following a long illness borne with great courage, dignity and humour, Frank Lewis, of Lodge Farm Estate, Bridgnorth, formerly of Station Road, DittonPriors, near Bridgnorth, aged 74 years.

The beloved Husband of Brenda, loving Father of Wendy and Robyn, Father-in-law of David and Derek, dear Grandad of Louise, Owen, Sean and Patrick and a very special Brother, Brother-in- law and Uncle.

Much loved, Frank will be sadly missed by all his Family and Friends.

Funeral Service at Telford Crematorium (TF2 9NJ) on Tuesday, December 29, at 1pm.

Family flowers only by request please but donations for the Severn Hospice (Hospice at Home) are being gratefully received, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium or online at www.perryandphillips funerals.com
