Passed away peacefully at the Severn Hospice, Telford on Saturday, January 21, 2012, aged 66 years.
Funeral Mass, 1.15pm, Friday, February 3, at St Patrick's RC Church, Wellington, followed by Cremation at Telford Crematorium.
Family flowers only by request but donations, if desired, for Poor Clares, Myanga, c/o St Patrick's Church, would be appreciated.
