Passed away peacefully on December 7, 2015, in hospital with his Family by his side, aged 69 years.

Dearly loved Husband, Dad and Grandad, he will be sorely missed.

Funeral Service at Shrewsbury Crematorium, on Wednesday, December 23, at 1.15pm.
