Passed away peacefully at Radbrook Nursing Home, on December 12, 2015, aged 85 years, after a short illness bravely borne.

Loved and missed by all her Family and Friends.

Known as Boonie by her many Friends and Colleagues at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital.

Funeral Service to be held on Wednesday, December 30, 2015, at 1.15pm.

Family flowers only please but donations if desired to the Severn Hospice.
