Of Worthen, passed away suddenly but peacefully after a long illness, bravely borne, on Sunday, January 22, 2012, aged 79 years. Beloved Husband of Jean, much loved and cherished Father of David and Janet, Father-in-law of Julie and David, special Grandad of Sarah, Davina, John, Mark, Kevin and Jo and dear Brother of Doreen.

The Funeral Service will be held at All Saints Church, Worthen, on Thursday, February 2, at 1.30pm.

Family flowers only please butdonations if desired to be divided between the new Doctors Surgery, Worthen and All Saints Church for which purpose a collection plate will be provided at the Church.
