Of Dudleston Heath, near Ellesmere. Passed away peacefully in The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital, on Sunday, November 29, 2015, aged 88 years.

Beloved Husband of the late Ruth.

Special Dad to Lucy and Martin, Father-in-law to David, wonderful Grandad to Guy and Sophie, Great- Grandad to Scarlett.

Sam will be sadly missed by all his Family and many Friends.

Funeral Service is to take place at Pentrebychan Crematorium, Wrexham, on Friday, December 11, at 11am.

Family flowers only please but donations if desired to Ellesmere and District Age Concern and The County Air Ambulance.
