Passed away suddenly at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital on November 23, 2015 aged 61 years.

Formerly of Shrewsbury, will be missed by all Family and Friends.

Memorial Service to be held at the United Reformed Church, English Bridge, Shrewsbury on Monday, December 7, 2015, at 10.30am.

No flowers, donations if wished to Cancer Research.
