Passed away suddenly in hospital on November 19, 2015, aged 67 years.
Service atSt. Luke's Church, Hodnet, on Friday, December 4, 2015, at 11am, followed by burial in the Churchyard.
Family flowers only please.
Donations if wished, will be divided equally between St Luke's Church and The Royal British Legion, for which purpose a collection plate will be made available at the Church.
