Formerly of Trevor Avenue, St Martins but recently resident in Congleton, Cheshire.
Died on Sunday, November 15, 2015, aged 91 years, after a short illness.
Service and Cremation are to take place on Monday, November 30, 2015, at Macclesfield Crematorium.
A Memorial Service will take place in St Martins on a date to be arranged.
