Dear Wife of the late Jake, a loving Mother, Grandmother and Great-Grandmother.

Funeral Service 2.30pm, Monday, November 30, 2015, at St. Michael and All Angels Church, Adbaston, followed by Interment in the Churchyard.

Dress optional.

Family flowers only but donations if so desired to be divided between Loggerheads and District Befrienders andRABI for which purpose a collection plate will be provided in Church.
