Passed away peacefully after a short illness on November 13, 2015, aged 67 years.

Devoted Husband and Best Friend of Jenn, loving Dad of Julie, Jane and Sally and a much loved Grandad and Great-Grandad.

Funeral Service to be held at Telford Crematorium, on Tuesday, December 1, 2015 at 1pm.

No flowers by request, donations if desired please for The I.T.U at The Princess Royal Hospital for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
