Beloved Husband, Father and Grandfather.
Passed away peacefully at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital on October 29, 2015, aged 69 years.
Funeral Service, 12pm, Friday, November 20, 2015, at St. Mary's Church, Whixall,followed by a Service at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury.
Family flowers only by request, if desired donations for The Air Ambulance and COPD Foundation.
