Sadly passed away on Thursday, October 29, in hospital, with Sharon and Sara by her side.

Funeral to be held on Friday, November 20, at 12 noon, at Telford Crematorium, Woodhouse Lane, Redhill, Telford, TF2 9NJand afterwards at the Park House Hotel, Shifnal, TF11 9BA.

Donations in memory of Dawn will be shared between Compton Hospice and Cystic Fibrosis Trust.
