Passed away peacefully on October 28, 2015, at The Princess Royal Hospital.

Stephen will be greatly missed by his loving Family and Friends.

Service to take place at Telford Crematorium, on Monday, November 16, 2015, at 1pm.

Family flowers only please, by request, but donations if desired to the Donkey Sanctuary.
