Passed away at home after a long and courageous battle on Sunday, October 25, 2015.

A dearly loved Husband, Father, Son, Brother, Uncle, Brother-in-law and Friend to so many.

The Celebration of John's life will take place at St Andrew's Church, Stanton Upon Hine Heath on Tuesday, November 10, 2015, at 1pm, followed by Cremation at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury, at 2.45pm.

Family flowers only please. Memorial donations may be made to the Severn Hospice.
