Passed away peacefully on October 23, 2015, at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital, aged 69 years.

Sadly missed by all his loving Family and many Friends.

Funeral Service to be held atEmstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury, on Friday, November 6, at 12.30pm.

Family flowers only please.

Donations if desired to be shared between Ward 23 at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital and The O'Connor Haematology Unit.
