Dearly beloved Husband of Shirley and a much loved Father and Grandfather.

Funeral Service to be held at Telford Crematorium, on Wednesday, November 4, 2015, at 12 noon.

Family flowers only.

Donations if desired please for a charity of the Family's choice, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
