Sadly passed away at the Severn Hospice, Telford, on October 6, 2015, aged 55 years.
Dearly loved Mother of Shaun, cherished Daughter of Margaret and the late Bill, loving Sister to Davidand Paula, Sister-in-law of Karen.
Funeral Service 12 noon, Monday, October 19, at St. Michael and All Angels Church, Childs Ercall, followed by Interment in the Churchyard.
No mourning dress by request.
Family flowers only.
Donations which will be divided between the Severn Hospice Telford and Macmillan Nurses, would be appreciated.
