Passed away in The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital on October 3, 2015, aged 74 years.

Much loved Husband of Olwyn and loving Dad to Andrew and Suzanne, Grandad to Matthew and Kelsie.

Will be sadly missed by all his Family and Friends.

Funeral Service to be held at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury on Tuesday, October 20, at 2.30pm.

Family flowers only please.

Donations if desired to The Lingen Davies Cancer Fund for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
