Passed away at The Princess Royal Hospital on September 30, 2015, aged 62 years.
An adored Husband of Carolyn, a beloved Dad to Gary and Paul and loving Son-in-law of Jean.
Funeral Service, 11am, Monday, October 12, at Telford Crematorium.
No flowers by request but donations, if desired, for Cancer Research would be appreciated.
