Passed away peacefully at The Princess Royal Hospital, Telford on October 1, 2015, aged 74 years.
Loving Mum to Linda, Ian, Sean and Partners, much loved Nan.
Funeral Service to take place at Telford Crematorium on Tuesday, October 13, at 2pm.
