Passed away peacefully at The Princess Royal Hospital, after a brave battle on September 22, 2015, aged 87 years.

Dearly loved Mam to Angie and much loved Granny to Chris.

Funeral Service to be held at Telford Crematorium on Thursday, October 8, at 12 noon.

Family flowers only, donations if desired please, to be divided between The Salvation Army and the Severn Hospice, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
