Passed away peacefully in The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital on September 22, 2015, aged 66 years.

Beloved Partner of Jo and Brother of Keith.

Sadly missed by Susan and all his Family and Friends.

Funeral Service to take place at St Margaret's Church, Abdon, on Monday, October 5, at 2pm, followed by Burial in the Churchyard.

Family flowers only please, with kind donations received in Ray's memory being divided between St Margaret's Church, The Dialysis Unit at Ludlow Hospital and ITU Unit at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital.
