Passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, September 19, 2015, aged 73 years. Loving Mother to Karen.
Patricia will be sadly missed by her Family and Friends.
Funeral Service at Pentrebychan Crematorium, Wrexham, on Friday, October 2, at 12 noon.
Family flowers only please but donations if desired to The Guide Dogs for the Blind.
