Of Ford Street, Clun.

Has passed away peacefully on Tuesday, September 15, 2015, after a short illness, aged 82 years.

Brian and Barbara Avison moved to Shropshire in 1978 and ran The Royal Oak Pub in Cardington and later The SwanInn at Aston Munslow before retiring to Clun 25 years ago.

Brian was much loved by his four Boys and their Families and he will be missed by his many Friends in Shropshire.

Funeral Service at St George's Church, Clun, on Wednesday, September 23, 2015, at 2pm.

The Family respectfully ask for no floral tributes but donations if desired to Macmillan Cancer Support would be very welcome.

Brian will be greatly missed particularly amongst his friends in the Cardington area. So sorry to have missed his funeral as I did not hear of his passing until after the event. He was a true friend and great company.
