Of Harley Close, Wellington, passed away at The Princess Royal Hospital on January 3, 2012, aged 53 years.

A much loved Wife, Mum and Sister.

Funeral Service, 12.00 noon, Friday, January 13, at All Saints Church, Wellington, followed by a Private Family Interment.

Please wear what you feel comfortable in, black is optional.

No flowers by request but donations which will be divided between the Macmillan Nurses Fund and Cancer research UK, would be appreciated.

I am truly saddened to hear about the passing of Cath. She was an amazing lady who gave myself and my family so much support through difficult times. My son Callum, would not be where he is today without her support and advice. What a great loss to her family and to Occupational Therapy. Thinking of you all at this very difficult time.
