Peacefully at Knighton Hospital on September 3, 2015, aged 54 years.
Much loved and sadly missed by all her Family and Friends.
Funeral Service at St Edwards Church, Knighton on Friday,September 18, at 2pm, followed by Interment in Knighton New Cemetery.
Family flowers only please. Donations if desired to St Michael's Hospice, Macmillan Cancer Care and Knighton Hospital.
