Of Teagues Crescent, Trench

Passed away peacefully at the Severn Hospice, Telford, on August 31, 2015, aged 80 years.

Beloved Husband of Pat, dearly loved Father of Tania and Paul, Father-in-law of Chris and a much loved Grandad of Serena and Katelyn.

Funeral Service to be held at Telford Crematorium, on Tuesday, September 15, 2015, at 11am.

Family flowers only.

Donations if desired please for the Severn Hospice, Telford, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
