Of Whitecroft Road, Shrewsbury, passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by her Family on August 22, 2015, aged 79 years.

Beloved Wife of the late Dennis, loving Mum to Ann, Jane and the late John, a treasuredNan and Great- Nan.

Pat will be sadly missed by all her loving Family and many Friends.

Funeral Service to take place at Shrewsbury Cemetery Chapel, Longden Road, on Thursday, September 3, at 12 noon, followed by Interment.

Family flowers only please, donations if desired to be shared between The Lingen Davies Cancer Fund and Hospice at Home, for which purpose a donation box will be provided in the Chapel.
