Passed away peacefully at the Severn Hospice, Telford on August 15, 2015, aged 70 years.

Beloved Husband of Sue, devoted Father of Rachel and the late Sarah, much loved Grandfather of Fern, dear Brother of Joan and John.

Funeral Service 11am, Friday, August 28, at Telford Crematorium.

Family flowers only by request but donations for the Severn Hospice, Telford would be appreciated.
