Died peacefully surrounded by his Family at The Princess Royal Hospital, on August 4, 2015, aged 83 years.

Much loved Husband of June, treasured Dad of Jacquie, Jo and Jilly, proud Grandad of Becky, Betty, Jacob and Cora.

Funeral Service, 4pm, Tuesday, August 18, at Telford Crematorium.

Black dress is optional.

No flowers by request but donations to be divided between The British Heart Foundation and Dementia UK would be appreciated.
