Passed away peacefully at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital, on August 5, 2015, aged 72 years.

Loving Husband of Eileen and a special Brother-in-law and Uncle.

John will be sadly missed by all of his Family and Friends.

Funeral Service to take place at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury, on Friday, August 21, at 4pm.

Family flowers only please but donations if desired to Shawbury Medical Practice.
