Daisy Emma
Formerly of Alma Avenue, Malinslee, peacefully in the presence of her Family, at St. Georges Park Care Home, on July 23, 2015, aged 89 years.
Loving Mother of John, Robert, Jane and Josephine, devoted Grandmother and Great-Grandmother, who will be forever remembered by all her Family and Friends.
Funeral Service, 11am, Tuesday, August 11, at Dawley Baptist Church, followed by Cremation at Telford Crematorium.
Family flowers only by request but if desired donations for Alzheimer's Research UK would be appreciated.
