Dearest Wife of Pat, much loved Mother of Rachel and Mary, Granny to Emily and Lucy.

Funeral Service at the Church of All Saints, Claverley, on Tuesday, August 11, at 1.30pm, to be followed by Interment in the Churchyard.

Family flowers only by request.
