Passed away peacefully at Myford House Residential Home on July 15, 2015.

Beloved Husband of Chris, much loved Dad to Andrea and Partner Alex and the late David.

He will be sadly missed by all his Family and Friends.

Funeral Service, Friday, July 31, 4pm, at Telford Crematorium.

Black clothing optional.

Family flowers only by request but donations which will be divided between Age UK and Wellington Cottage Care would be appreciated.
