Passed away peacefully in The Royal Shrewsbury hospital, on July 2, 2015, aged 66 years.

A devoted Wife of the late Malcolm and a much loved Mum to Tammy and Donna, Mother-in-law to Kevin, a treasured Nan to Reane, Skye, Taya and Logan, a loving Sister to Cath, Carol, Alison and Elaine.

Pat will be sadly missed by all her loving Family and Friends.

Funeral Service to take place at Shrewsbury Cemetery Chapel, LongdenRoad, Shrewsbury, on Friday, July 24, 2015, at 12 noon, followed by Interment at Emstrey New Cemetery.

Family flowers only please.

Donations if desired to the Renal Unit, at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital, for which purpose a donation box will be provided in the Chapel.
