Passed away peacefully on July 6, 2015, at the Severn Hospice, aged 56 years.

Devoted Husband of Ros, loving Dad of Sam and Suzy.

Eddie will be greatly missed by all his loving Family and many Friends.

Funeral Service to be held at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury, on Thursday, July 23, at 1pm.

Informal dress code please.

Family flowers only.

Donations if desired to the Severn Hospice for which purpose a donation box will be provided at Emstrey.
