Sadly passed away on June 28, 2015 at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital, aged 50 years.

Dave will be fondly remembered by all his Family and many Friends.

Funeral Service to be held at St Giles' Church, WenlockRoad on Tuesday, July 14 at 11.30am followed by Interment at Emstrey New Garden Cemetery.

Family flowers only please.

Donations if desired to The British Heart Foundation for which purpose a donation plate will be provided in the Church.
