Passed away peacefully after an illness bravely borne on July 1, 2015, aged 59 years.
Beloved Wife, Mother and Grandmother.
Diane will be sadly missed by all her Family.

Di and i worked together for many years. She was a wonderful colleague but most of all she was a great friend. I will remember her for her sense of fun, for her commitment to the young people we worked with and their families and her love of cats.
Over the years we often sat in the office over a cuppa, and put the world to rights, it was the best of times.....I will always remember her with great love and affection as will all those who knew her. I will miss you Di Jan Chris Hannah
