Passed away peacefully at The Priory Nursing Home on June 30, 2015, aged 59 years with her Family by her side.

Dearly loved Mother of Mark, Steven, Robert, David and Jamie.

Funeral Service to be held at Telford Crematorium on Tuesday, July 14, 11am.

Family flowers only, donations if desired please for the Severn Hospice, Telford for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
