Passed away peacefully on July 1, 2015. Beloved Wife of Sean, adored Mum of Patrick and Jonathan, much loved Sister of Christine and Sister-in-law of Kathleen and Sister Martina.

A cherished Grandma andGreat-Grandma.

Pat will be so sadly missed by all her Family and Friends.

Funeral Mass to take place at St Walburgha's RC Church, Plowden, on Friday, July 10, at 2pm, followed by Cremation at Shrewsbury Crematorium.
