Passed away peacefully at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital on June 28, 2015, aged 57 years.

Beloved Son of Doreen and Thomas, loving Brother to Pamela, Anthony, Steven, Michael and Susan.

Funeral Service and Interment to be held at St Matthew's Church, Donnington Wood on Thursday, July 9, at 12 noon.
