Much loved Brother, Uncle, Grandad and Great-Grandad.

Funeral Service to be held at Telford Crematorium on Wednesday, July 8, 2015, at 4pm.

Family flowers only please.

Donations if desired of which will be divided between The Alzheimer's Society and Hinstock Manor Residential Home, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
