Funeral Service at St Silin's Parish Church, Llansilin, on Tuesday, July 7, at 3pm, followed by Interment in the Churchyard.
Dress optional.
Flowers or donations if desired to 'Cherish Wrecsam' who are linked to the Special Care Baby Unit, (SCBU) at The Maelor Hospital, Wrecsam.
