Passed away peacefully in The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital, on June 20, 2015, aged 56 years.

Much loved Dad to Emma, Hannah and Tasha, loving Grandad to Jay, Zak, Connor and Max, dear Son of Betty.

Will be sadly missed by all his Family and many Friends.

Funeral Service to be held at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury on Wednesday, July 1, at 4.45pm.

Family flowers only please.

Donations if desired to the Severn Hospice, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
